Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain tortellini and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinara sauce and pepperoni if using, cooking until warmed through.
Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently stir to coat with sauce.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the tortellini, cover, and cook until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil or oregano if desired and serve hot.
